ProxiShop was founded after one observation kept surfacing: billions of people are excluded from the basic act of shopping, not because they lack the desire or the means, but because the tools we built for commerce were never designed with them in mind.
The answer was not another chatbot or accessibility widget bolted onto an existing platform. It was a complete rethink. A platform where a real human handler, guided by AI, brings the shop floor to anyone, anywhere, entirely by voice.
