1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the ProxiShop app or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part, you may not use our services.
2. The ProxiShop Service
ProxiShop provides a live shopping platform connecting customers with store handlers via voice and video. We facilitate, but are not a party to, the purchase transaction between you and the retail store partner. Individual stores are responsible for product quality, accuracy, and delivery.
3. User Conduct
You agree to use ProxiShop lawfully and respectfully. You must not: harass, abuse, or threaten handlers or staff; attempt to circumvent our platform to transact directly with stores outside ProxiShop; use the service for fraudulent purposes; or share your account with others.
4. Payments and Refunds
Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Refund eligibility depends on the individual store partner's policy. ProxiShop is not liable for product quality disputes, these are between you and the store. Contact us at hello@proxishop.co.uk if you need assistance with a dispute.
5. Intellectual Property
All ProxiShop branding, software, and content is the intellectual property of ProxiShop Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProxiShop Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific session giving rise to a claim.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email. Continued use of ProxiShop after changes constitutes acceptance.
